Today, April 11, 2025, the Digital Innovation Summit Bucharest successfully concluded—an event dedicated to digital transformation and technological innovation. As part of the event, the Automotive R&D Conference spotlighted the latest solutions in the automotive research and development field, among which stood out the Enkivers Digital Vault, a joint initiative by InfoCons and ICI Bucharest.

Adrian-Victor Vevera, Director General of the National Institute for Research and Development in Informatics – ICI Bucharest, emphasized the following:
“ENKIVERS is a project open not only at the European level but also globally, and it offers you the certification of the exact registration date of an idea, which can serve as the foundation of a patent or intellectual property right, anywhere, until official patenting is obtained in a specific jurisdiction.”
In turn, Sorin Mierlea, President of InfoCons, highlighted the importance of the ENKIVERS digital solution, stating:
“We have a strategic partnership with the National Institute for Research and Development in Informatics, and just yesterday, during this Summit, we launched the most important digital project on a global scale – not just national or European – the first digital vault dedicated to consumer protection: ENKIVERS, a project of remarkable impact and significance.”
