Today, on February 9th, we celebrate International Pizza Day. Pizza is one of the most widely consumed food preparations globally, being available in a wide variety of forms, from restaurants and pizzerias to home delivery and frozen products.

The popularity of this product also entails increased responsibility on the part of traders regarding the provision of information when marketing finished products / meals supplied by food service units, such as ingredients, allergens, nutritional values, and net quantity.
