Sorin Mierlea , President of InfoCons , is attending the event organized on June 5, 2026, to celebrate the National Day of Switzerland and mark 115 years of bilateral diplomatic relations between Switzerland and Romania.
Hosted by the Embassy of Switzerland in Romania, the event is taking place at the National Bank of Romania and brings together representatives of diplomatic missions, public institutions, the business community, civil society organizations, and other distinguished guests.
The celebration highlights the longstanding friendship and cooperation between Switzerland and Romania, reflecting more than a century of diplomatic relations built on mutual respect, dialogue, and shared values. Over the years, the partnership between the two countries has contributed to the development of numerous initiatives in areas such as economic cooperation, education, innovation, culture, and sustainable development.
The event will commence with a Swiss Watch Exhibition, showcasing one of Switzerland’s most renowned symbols of craftsmanship, precision, and excellence. The exhibition will be followed by an official reception, providing guests with an opportunity to engage in dialogue and celebrate the strong ties that continue to unite the two countries.
