Today, 7 August 2026, Mr. Sorin Mierlea, President of the InfoCons Association, took part in a working meeting with Emeritus Professor Nicolae Voiculescu, PhD, at the headquarters of Titu Maiorescu University on the subject of the ProEduHub Project.
ProEduHub – a project dedicated to young Romanians in the diaspora
ProEduHub is the first initiative launched by InfoCons that aims to bring young Romanians living abroad closer to Romania’s educational system. The project sets out to facilitate access to relevant information regarding the offerings of Romanian universities, to promote opportunities for study and professional development, and to build bridges between higher education institutions, the Romanian communities in the diaspora, and future students.
In a context in which millions of Romanians live outside the country, and a significant number of young people choose to continue their studies at universities abroad, ProEduHub seeks to offer a complete perspective on the alternatives available in Romania and to help strengthen the connection between the new generations and the Romanian academic environment.
A new step in the development of the ProEduHub project together with Titu Maiorescu University
Today’s meeting confirms the shared commitment of the two institutions to support international academic cooperation and to promote education as an essential element for the development of society.
Through ProEduHub, new opportunities for dialogue, collaboration, and the exchange of experience are created. At the same time, the project contributes to promoting Romanian higher education in an international context and to bringing the new generations closer to the values of education, research, and innovation.
Titu Maiorescu University will join the ProEduHub Project as a Partner by facilitating access for young Romanians in the diaspora to the university studies conducted by Titu Maiorescu University.
