Sorin Mierlea, President of InfoCons, is attending today, 9 September 2026, the informal meeting hosted by BEUC – The European Consumer Organisation, in the context of International Product Safety Week 2026. The meeting is taking place at the BEUC offices in Brussels.

The gathering brings together representatives of consumer protection organisations, colleagues and members of Consumers International, the international organisation of which InfoCons is a full member.

The meeting provides participants with an opportunity for dialogue, exchange of views and stronger cooperation among organisations that represent and promote consumer interests at European and international levels.

The participation of the President of InfoCons in this meeting contributes to the organisation’s continued efforts to represent consumers and strengthen international cooperation in areas such as product safety, access to information and the protection of consumer rights.
