We are pleased to invite you to participate in our e-learning course on personal data management and privacy, developed during the SOTERIA project. This course has been designed to raise awareness about the importance of personal data protection and privacy.
Purpose of the course
The purpose of this course is to provide you with the knowledge to better protect your privacy. You will learn how to prevent the collection of personal data without your consent and how to protect yourself against its misuse.
Course structure
The course is divided into four main parts:
- Protecting your devices
o In this section you will learn how to protect your devices (PC, laptop, tablet, smartphone).
- Protect your data and privacy
o Learn how to protect your personal information and privacy.
- Protect against fraud and identity theft
o Learn how fraud and identity theft occur on the Internet and how to protect yourself.
- General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
o A summary of the key aspects of GDPR.
