Therefore , the meeting organized today by Consumers International aims to gather members’ insights on the vital role of consumer organizations in promoting fair , safe , and sustainable marketplaces .
The insights shared today by the members of Consumers International will help construct a strong message to the UN Trade & Development Intergovernmental Group of Experts , highlighting the importance of constructive collaboration between consumer associations and national governments .
