Sorin Mierlea, President of InfoCons, is participating today, November 14, 2024, as a speaker at the Regional Conference on Intellectual Property in the Digital Economy for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs).
This year’s edition will focus primarily on the music industry, with the conference agenda covering current and highly relevant topics.
The conference will be organized in Bucharest by WIPO in collaboration with the Romanian Office for Copyright (ORDA), the State Office for Inventions and Trademarks (OSIM), and the Romanian-American University in Bucharest, with the support of other national partners. Over time, this event has achieved significant accomplishments in the field of intellectual property, with considerable impact both nationally and internationally.

Over 100 participants are expected to attend the event, including WIPO representatives and international federations in the field, international experts, creators and artists, representatives of intellectual property offices in the region, the private sector, related industries, national authorities, and civil society organizations active in this field, as well as representatives from the academic community.
