What is the Consumer (Re)generation – CoRe Project ?
The European Single Market is characterized by an imbalance between consumers and businesses. Limited awareness of consumer rights, a weak culture of complaint, and the spread of unfair commercial practices—both online and offline—leave citizens vulnerable. Young people, in particular, are disproportionately affected by such practices.
The Consumer (Re)generation – CoRe Project seeks to equip citizens with the knowledge and skills necessary to:
-
make informed and responsible decisions;
-
protect and effectively exercise their rights;
-
navigate the growing complexity of today’s marketplace.
