Diploma of Excellence awarded to InfoCons Consumer Protection for its benchmark activities in the field of Intellectual Property
InfoCons received the Diploma of Excellence from the Romanian Copyright Office, in recognition of its numerous benchmark activities in the field of Intellectual Property, as well as for its programs and campaigns dedicated to educating citizens and raising awareness about the importance of respecting and protecting intellectual property rights. The distinction also highlights the excellence of the collaborative relationship and the constant contribution to celebrating World Intellectual Property Day, further strengthening the organization’s role in promoting responsible behavior within society.
Mr. Sorin Mierlea, President of InfoCons, accepted the diploma at the event held yesterday, April 27, 2026, on the occasion of World Intellectual Property Day, organized by the Working Group on Intellectual Property Issues.
InfoCons is a founding member of the Working Group on Intellectual Property Issues, actively contributing to the promotion and protection of intellectual property rights, as well as to supporting a fair and transparent framework for consumers, while consistently helping to develop best practices in this field.
