InfoCons Consumer Protection Representative Attends the Extraordinary Concert Celebrating 145 Years of Diplomatic Relations Between Spain and Romania
An InfoCons representative is attending today, June 12, 2026, the Extraordinary Concert organized at the Radio Hall to mark the 145th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the Kingdom of Spain and Romania, a milestone that highlights the longstanding historical, cultural, and cooperative ties between the two countries.
The event is organized in collaboration with the Embassy of the Kingdom of Spain in Romania, the Cervantes Institute in Bucharest, and Spain’s National Centre for Musical Dissemination (CNDM), with the support of Garanti BBVA Romania. The celebration brings together representatives of the diplomatic, cultural, and institutional communities to commemorate this significant anniversary.
Under the baton of conductor Nicolae Moldoveanu, the National Radio Orchestra will present an exceptional program dedicated to music inspired by Spanish culture, featuring some of the most renowned works from the European symphonic repertoire with Hispanic influences. As guest soloist, acclaimed violinist Ana María Valderrama will perform the celebrated Symphonie espagnole, one of the landmark works of the violin repertoire.
The evening will also feature María Toledo, a leading figure of contemporary flamenco and the first woman in the history of the genre to accompany herself on the piano, offering audiences a unique artistic experience that reflects the richness and diversity of Spain’s cultural heritage.
InfoCons’ participation in this event reaffirms the organization’s commitment to supporting initiatives that promote intercultural dialogue, European values, and the strengthening of relations between communities through culture and education.
