e630 Inosinic Acid

Food additive with flavor enhancing role.
It is a natural acid. For industrial use, it is obtained by bacterial fermentation of sugars or from meat or sardines, having plant or animal origin.
Inosinic acid and inosinates do not give the “umami” taste specific to glutamates, but have the ability to enhance a lot of natural flavors and tastes, thus allowing the required the required amount of salt to be reduced.
It is used in the quantities on the recipes in all types of food, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
